Our family's experience

Everyone loves my mom. The food is good. Her apartment is just right for her. There are plenty of activities for her to do and she does them. Westlake woods is very clean. Few stains on the main hall carpets throughout the facility but other than that, good.

[name removed] and her staff are awesome. We had prepared a ton of questions in advance of the actual tour, submitted those in writing. They answered every one. So getting those answered made the tour icing on the cake.

Review for Westlake Woods

The people are very nice. The activities director is very nice and creates many activities. It's not terribly expensive. The downside is sometimes you only get the answering machine at the front desk and can't get a hold of any staff. Many days I can't get a hold of any staff in general and when someone at the desk answers, I'm put on hold for 15 or 20 minutes. I can't get the Medical person or the Executive Director to call me back with voicemails or emails. It's exceedingly frustrating. They don't give him a show…

Very disappointed

Nice facility and good chef prepared food. I would not recommend to others. They aren't able to support the services they say they offer

[name removed] and her staff are fantastic. From the minute I walked into this facility, you could tell how much they care about their residents and the facility. [name removed] provided the initial tour to me, and then accommodated a second tour with my parents along for the visit.

Answered prayers

The facility is very beautiful and inviting. There are many alcoves in the hallway in route to the apartments that offer games TV some fireplaces. They have a lovely dining room restaurant ordering, the residence participate in Daily scheduled activities with special event nights. I would recommend Westlake Woods to anyone in need of such a facility. The staff are knowledgeable and trained in many areas, they are compassionate patient and caring.
