CriticalOur Family experience
The carpeting was just cleaned within the last couple days after not being cleaned for over 4 years. My mother is independent, but has had to deal with lack of privacy, and staff coming in her room without notice at all hours of the night without good reason. The staff gets a 1 (old administrator) they just changed about 6-8 weeks ago. New admin much better. But too early to rate. Dining room has many issues. Not all properly trained servers. Food is many times cold when served. Many times people wait 45-60 minutes…

We are very happy with our overall experience so far. My Dad has been there officially now for 1 week. The caregivers and staff are all very nice and attentive. The facility is clean, bright, and smells good. The food in the restaurant is ok, sorta hit and miss, but overall good. Communication is a little difficult and seems disjointed, but we eventually get our questions answered.

We like westmount of riverside. The apartment is great. The staff so far are nice and accommodating. The administrators tends to be difficult to get a call back or email but we know how to escalate things which resulted in prompt responses. I really like the senior doc connection they have that has minimized the number of urgent care visits. Overall the experience has been very positive.
