Better communication about their tier system and membership levels would be appreciated. Otherwise, I would recommend them.

Mixed Results

I would have said lower but they really stepped up near the end when my mom was in a rapid decline. Prior to that we were only marginally satisfied with the care she was receiving. It was almost like they didn't know how to deal with someone who wasn't completely dependent upon them for care. When she went into a rapid decline and was 100% dependent, they did a much better job. Odd.

[Name Removed] made my parents feel welcome and comfortable. She honestly swayed our decision to Westview over several other communities. The community itself is clean, feels like home instead of an institution, has wonderful people working there, and the activities look to be fun and interesting. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice facility. I would be very comfortable placing my parent here. The staff seems very attentive, and they are very involved with the residents.

We recently took a tour with [Name Removed] as the guide and we were very impressed with both her and the facility. [Name Removed] spent as much time as we needed answering our questions while she showed us around and it actually seemed like a very nice facility. It was a very good experience given the circumstances.
