CriticalOverall a wonderful place but not the memory care . It needs a lot of improvements .
I think a lot of changes have been made... some of the staff were let go which is good!! Some were great and some shouldn't have been there. The facility is very nice and overall staff in the building. Unfortunately my mom was told she needed to be in memory care and had a very bad experience... mostly with the people

Whispering Creek had an immediate availability for my loved one to be placed in a safe environment. they made moving in an easy and seamless transition. they even had someone visit our home in person to assist with completing all the paperwork. The meals were brought to the resident's rooms due to the pandemic. It is a nice place and I would recommend the community to the others. It is a big community, and you will need to be in good shape to be able to walk the long hallways. It is a beautiful community as well. It has a nice location.
