PositiveThe staff is wonderful. caring attentive and professional. they keep the facility near and clean at all times very welcoming and homey feel. mom has never complained about the food so that says volumes. we are extremely happy and confident mom is living her best life in their care.

CriticalIt's a beautiful, clean place with lots of things for the residence to do, I'm sure [name removed] would've LOVED it there. She was horrible to the staff and didn't care about the residents. All she cared about was nickel and diming my mother along with other residents. The staff started putting in reports about her and one day she just didn't show up. Shes gone now but please beware of her name. She should not be working with seniors. She is not a …
