Room for improvement

The staff is friendly and the activities are good. The food is just so-so. My resident has experienced many missing items and unexplained injuries. The caregivers are good, but they appear to be understaffed.

Pros and cons

I've only visited a few times so far. I've been out of the country and just returned to TX. Times I have been there, I have seen a couple things: 1. There is a poor fellow there that just wanders around and will go through any door he can invited or not. Really bugs my mom. Last time I was there, the poor guy was wandering the hall naked from the waste down with his hands and backside plastered in feces. It was on the floor too. Staff did get right on it when I notified them. I know those are difficult cases. Not
