PositiveWonderful experience
White oaks was really ready to accommodate my father's needs and gave him the socialization and autonomy he craves while still being a safe environment for all. Staff are friendly and willing to meet the needs of family as well. I can finally enjoy time with my father without feeling overwhelmed or guilty when I'm not there personally. I know he is in good hands and is making friends.

My mother recently passed away, and I was so greatful for the help and compassion that the employees gave me while going through this tough time. My mother was a resident for almost two years, and I would visit at least a couple times a week. and I never had any issues with service or non service, She was always happy doing the crafts, enjoying the entertainment, and participating in the social activities. My brother was a resident of White Oaks of Spring street for a little over a year. What a wonderful place. He has passed now but he was very happy there. The facility was clean, layout was great for someone with memory issues. The staff was great. They are caring and patient. They treated my brother with dignity and respect. Food was good and he liked the activities they had. Really great place.

PositivePretty fit for my mom
My mother lived there for three years and it was the perfect fit, I was always informed of any health issues and they would take care of all the Dr. visits and nursing care. My mother was very happy there with all the activities and kind staff that was there at the time The place was very clean and comforting for her, i thank the staff for being so on top of it while taking care of my mom

Compared to other communities our loved one has dealt with in the past we are having a great experience here, and she will spontaneously tell us she is really enjoying it here which is huge for us. It really is a nice friendly homey place, the staff there are very kind, helpful, friendly and just fantastic. Based on our overall experience we would recommend this community to others. Another huge thing for us is, our loved ones money runs out they will help us out.
