★★★★★
PositiveThe friendliness of staff and residents was exceptional. Especially the lovely woman at the front desk. Her name is [name removed]. She's probably one of the most caring people I've ever met. Always greets residents and visitors with a sincere hello! Asks how everything is going. And she really wants to know! Only improvement is there needs to be more information given to new residents. We didn't know about fire drills or if to buy our own trash bags!

PositiveMy mom has been there for about a month. She is happy and meeting new friends. The staff is great. They greet everyone with a smile. The people in the community are very welcoming to new members and they will show new members around. The community gets the new members involved in the activities and other social activities events. I highly recommend Williamsburg.

PositiveAll of the staff members from the director to the aides were fantastic. My mom fell in love with all of them & they treated her like she was their own mom. She was so comfortable there & felt very secure. She never had to wait for any one of them to come if she should call & need anything. I wish she could have enjoyed her time there longer. It definitely made her last months happy. I can't thank them enough for all they did for her.

PositiveThe best thing my mom likes is the friendliness of the staff. Things she feels they could improve is the food. I don't believe they have a dietitian per se. I also think the apartments could be updated. Cabinets, closet doors etc. could be original.

PositiveMost of the people were very welcoming, staff and residents. The evening meal was always just a sandwich and maybe canned fruit or a small salad. It was uninspiring. The activities were pretty limited to exercise and bingo in Assisted Living
