Positivepleasant and welcoming
Mom progressed from independent living to assisted living in a 1 br apartment. Then moved to memory care in a good sized bed-sit, no kitchen..and then hospice care in the same place. She passed away in August. There were bumps in the road along the way, all related to her declining health. Overall I'd say that they did a wonderful job. Our only regret was that we didn't make these changes for her sooner. She would have been able to take part in more of the offered activities and make more friends.

Overall we were happy with the care of my father at Willows Landing. In the beginning of his stay they were without a RN onsite during normal business hours and worked with an LPN only. This was not as we had been told. The unit had 2 staff initially that my dad complained about on several occasions for how residents were treated, don't know what happened but they weren't around shortly after concerns were expressed.
