PositiveA caring place
Facility is very clean. Designed nicely, with beautiful outside space. Residents really like the food. Administrators and general employees try their best, in a very difficult field.

They can visit the Potter’s Field Memorial Park to enjoy some fresh air or picnic, the area’s various golf clubs to hit the putting greens, or drive 30 minutes west to visit the lively city of Cleveland. And, the area is conveniently located near hospitals, shops, and restaurants! Unique, person-centered care empowers residents, improves quality of life, enhances dignity, honors choice, supports independence, and promotes positive well-being. The community’s unique, Montessori-based memory care program embraces six pillars of wellness to help residents cherish beloved memories while creating new, meaningful memories. PositiveIt was a virtual visit. I did like the place, but I need to see it in person before I can give it a higher rating.

PositiveMy husband was admitted to Windsor Heights with severe mobility issues following a hospital stay. He has made great progress with the assistance of physiotherapy and occupational therapy since his admission. The staff has been caring and friendly and he has enjoyed the morning activities and dining experience. He has a spacious room where he can entertain visitors although there are other very nice spaces to sit with friends and family. He has been quite relaxed here and staff have taken good care of all his needs.

PositiveCleanliness - Individual rooms and residents are very clean, but carpets and upholster furniture in public spaces are often soiled. Quality of care - Care planning is excellent, but follow thru is sometimes lacking. However, as a focus of improvement, it has been getting better. Meals - with excellent attention to special diet. Activities - Scheduling is excellent, but execution is often lacking. Value for cost - No nickel and diming.
