Staff and residents very nice and helpful. Bright cheery place plenty of activities to do Eating times too early 7:30. 11:30 and 4:30 Food not hot. I love my apartment and am so glad I moved here. I would definitely recommend to others

Welcoming community. Spoke with several, all claimed to be happy. Director of sales was wonderful. Explained pricing and the community with activities. Not a posh place but nice.

I have found that the staff is professional and capable. Number two I have found that the meal selection which is a very large part of this experience is varied and creative number three. I found that the various activities have been planned and are helpful in nature. Number four I have found that transportation that is offered to the residents to be very helpful and will be all that is necessary with a little proper planning

I believe the facility shows a distinctive characteristic of personal care toward the residence and the focus on their well-being and mental health.

I was so impressed with my visit, tour, and lunch at Windward Palm, I canceled upcoming tours at three other places. Compared to the five or six that I had considered through the last 2 years this becomes my serious favorite for many reasons. It's small, easy to get around instead of getting lost, & long walks to dinning room. Meal, presentation, & service, above par. apt. all have ceiling fans which i hadn't seen elsewhere, layouts very desirable. Activities can keep me busy. I could go on & on, on a scale of 1 - …

I placed a disabled retired police officer. He's in room 112 fabulous Everything is great he really likes it there Everyone is so helpful especially the front desk the food is plentiful and he is happy his name is [name removed]
