CriticalMost of the caregivers but 1 were very good. They treated mom with kindness and respect. The manager always sided with one of the caregivers that was not very nice to some of the residents. The amount mom paid went up twice in a year. That 1 caregiver, who was very unprofessional, said that the place was peaceful until mom came. There were not too many of the residents that could talk so mom spoke up for them and the 1 didn't like that.
