Woodlands at Amber Park

Woodlands is a good choice

A vast majority of the entire staff was very friendly. They charged chefs during her stay. Food went from a 4 to a 3. Kept the facility very clean. No urine smell.

Things are improving

My loved one has been at Amber Park for [time frame removed] and the facility has been sold about 1/2 through the year. A lot of changes and adjustments and still some to come, that has been hard. I will give you the ratings as of today. They have had a huge turnover in staff the past year, which has been hard in the residents. But they are much fuller now and have hired more, I think it is going to get better . I just don't have a lot of experience with the care because my mother takes care of them.

Great staff! Beautiful setting. My Dad is happy there and it means the world to me.

My Dad has lived there a year and during that time the staff has worked with us to make sure that my Dad is well taken care of. They are friendly, and the service has been fantastic. The building is well maintained and there are activities for those who choose to participate. I would recommend it to anyone thinking about moving in!

95% of the staff were awesome and very friendly and caring. I think there was only one staff member [name removed] didn't like. Admin staff was friendly and helpful. If the need arises, we'd use them again.

My 85 year old father is finally having to move our of his home due to safety issues. We recently toured Amber Park and we're extremely impressed. The minute you walk though the front doors it is bright and cheerful. The residents all work happy and content. The staff is friendly. The admissions director goes above and beyond. She made videos for me share with Dad. That sold us and him on Amber Park. Plus the apartment are beautiful.
