The staff was very caring and attentive to my wife's health condition. Every one and every thing was great. I have no suggestions for improvement.

Caring and Friendly Staff

[names removed] were very caring for my wife and me. They went well beyond my expectations! Kitchen and dining personnel were caring for my wife and actually brought me meals because they were concerned that I was not eating. Housekeeping personnel were also caring for my wife and me. Food quality was great. Apartment size was ample and very clean.

Overall nice community

1 negative was the sales person over promised services originally that were not available such as trivial item such as snack services for example. One experience over the last year really been wonderful. The staff is wonderful. Events have been great, family events like mothers day was so nice. the facility is clean and the food service, snacks and all around is fantastic. That's been our experience and can't say enough good things about the facility.

This is a newly renovated facility and as soon as you walk in the door you can just feel the love and compassion that the staff provides the residents with. I was greeted by friendly staff as soon as I walked in the door. The residents were participating in an activity and each of them appeared to be thriving and happy.

Waldon Woods review

The rooms and overall layout of the community is good, and due to COVID the activities have been effected. The food is healthy and reasonable. I would recommend this community to a family or friend.

I think People Think They Are Taking Care of Old People, and They aren't and One Day this will all be exposed

I no longer live in this community. I was supposed to get certain cleanings of my space. I didn't see my cleaner more than twice in the time I was there. I believe I was one of the younger residents. Some of the staff were short, snippy, and unkind. When I moved in, it was supposed to be independent living. I would get yelled at by the staff when I would stick my head out of my room. There was no communication to us about the pandemic, and if anyone was sick in the community. I believe everyone was declining in h…
