For over 25 years, we’ve established quality, reliable, and compassionate services dedicated to residents and their families at Yorkshire Village. Finding the right place to call home in one’s golden years can be a challenge; but, at Yorkshire, you know you’re right at home. We provide a variety of lifestyle options on a continuum of care, from memory care, assisted living, board and care, hospice care, and respite care. Located in Hemet, California, retirement is enjoyed in a convenient, relaxed, and leisurely city, where the possibilities are many, gorgeous mountains and beaches are easily accessible, and home is always comfortable and safe. Residents and their visiting guests tend to enjoy all the exclusive attractions one can only find in our ever-sunny, Southern California region. Community Amenities and Services What distinguishes a community is its ability to offer a lifestyle unique to that place. We offer a distinct community with cute and quaint interior design features inspired by the doo-wop era, with 50’s decor and even an ice cream parlour. We also offer relaxed common areas for all to enjoy. Yorkshire Village is wonderfully unique and simply charming. There is always something going on in our community that engages residents in a social, physical, and intellectual manner. Residents delight in our various classes, like horticulture and baking. We also feature pet, music, and art therapy as well as movie and bingo nights. We treat staff and community members alike as family. With that ideal in mind, it’s always important for us to go above and beyond in supporting them everyday. From assistance with activities of daily living to assistance with social activities, we make it our mission to maintain a helpful and convenient space where residents know that we care. Living Arrangements We currently offer studio and one-bedroom units. We also offer semi-private units perfect for residents who prefer a roommate. All of our units are equipped with emergency call systems and private bathrooms. Our staff provide housekeeping and linen services as well, so residents don’t have to bother with chores and always have the time to do what makes them happy. Care Types Offered Yorkshire Village is a residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE) , which in the state of California is a housing arrangement for persons 60 years or older where supervision and personal care is provided based on the needs of the residents. These facilities are also known as assisted living facilities and board and care facilities . A residential care facility may provide care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
