CriticalDefinitely would not recommend Zionsville Meadows
Staff is not helpful at all. They constantly change what was promised to the residents. The maintenance department does not fix anything in a timely manner.

CriticalNeighbors are nice and the staff likes to blame the problems on upper management. - My mother in law is the one who decided on where she was living. I am not sure at this point if I would or not recommend. If upper management was changed at this location and more employees were hired and not treated as well.

PositiveWe loved my mother there a few months ago. She absolutely loves it. She enjoys talking with her neighbors and walking. The garden home is beautiful and totally redone. The only drawback is getting things fixed in a timely manner.

CriticalThere are not a lot of tenants in the facility so not a lot of people in dining area etc. It's hard to get in the facility on weekends or after hours because the codes don't always work
★★★★★
CriticalThe selling part of the facility is great! Getting things set up like PT and OT is a struggle! Some staff are not around as much as probably needed! The dining room hours are a bit odd but getting better!

PositiveIt has trailed off lately so I may change my answer but they were really on top of her meds / care and in turn kept me informed. I'm hoping it's just a no news is good news
