I have nothing but great things to say about a dignified adult care home. From the time we walked in the door to bring my mother I felt peace companionship thoughtfulness care great people that really step up to the plate and take care of your loved ones my mother was treated with the upmost respect care and love by everyone there . A Dignified Adult Care Home

My parents have lived at this care home (A Dignified Adult Care Home) for the last two years. I am very happy with the care they receive and they enjoy living there. The owner is very helpful and responsive to all questions and concerns.

Care for my mother

I would like to thank the team at A Dignified Adult Care Home for the excellent care they extended to our mother. They were very responsive to her daily needs and went above and beyond to care for her. Our mother was a lover of music and the staff would sing with her and dance to bring a smile upon her face. Our family is most grateful for all your help with bringing comfort to our mother during her stay in your facility.

Very clean care home, always a great experience! Staff is always friendly, ask anything, they will answer. I always the greeting of “hi how are you? And a hug followed by a smile! Always accommodating staff. My loved one is always clean and well cared for! I love it that the residents always gather around a table for meals, great fellowship!

Hate to even give them one star

Horrible place, staff is not properly trained, food is terrible. One tenant actually came to me while visiting and asked to bring her some good food. They won't let visitors and tenant talk in private. The staff won't allow tenant to leave property for appts. to doctors or important matters . Staff is very inconsiderate to their needs. Warning: If you have a loved one who needs care do not choose this one.

Friendly staff but had room for improvements

Our loved one did not care for the food. She also mentioned that at times it was not enough and tasted like frozen food. No activities at all. My biggest disappointment was that I paid her rent of [fee removed] for [date removed], she passed away on [date removed] and they would not give me any refund at all. D&L stated that they couldn't give me a refund because they needed to pay your company. I was very good about paying her rent on the 1st of every month.
