Our experience at Sagewood

My parents lived at Sagewood for over 7 years. From the moment we stepped onto the property, they began establishing a beautiful life for themselves. It became their family, their friends, and the programs that they got involved in kept them stimulated and alive. Everyone; staff and residents, have a lovely attitude and the environment is inclusive and beautiful. They have both passed, and the exit process was run very smoothly. Thank you for providing them such a wonderful life-style, and having everything they ne

Friendly, comfortable place to live

All are a 5. My loved one is quite happy there and participates in many activities as there is such a variety. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Sagewood Desert Willow to other families who may need them for their loved ones

Absolutely Recommended

Everyone that we worked with at Sagewood Desert Willow was extremely friendly and engaged. We were assigned a move in coordinator who helped facilitate everything and provided the information we needed to move in. My loved one loves her housekeeper and the place is always very clean when we go visit. She has received great support medically and emotionally through the transition. She has made friends and is out doing things/attending events probably everyday. I absolutely would recommend this facility to others.

Terrible experience - avoid at all costs

My Dad wanted to find a place to stay for the rest of his life. He knew he had some early signs of dementia along with dementia in his family, so he picked Sagewood for their Life Care - apartment to memory care etc. Literally the day he was moved into memory care, they had him sent off to ER and they required we pay for added help if we wanted him to stay despite an agreement. It felt like they were trying to get him removed from day 1 in memory care and ultimately they told us he couldn’t stay. The trauma was so
