PositiveEveryone that we worked with at Sagewood Desert Willow was extremely friendly and engaged. We were assigned a move in coordinator who helped facilitate everything and provided the information we needed to move in. My loved one loves her housekeeper and the place is always very clean when we go visit. She has received great support medically and emotionally through the transition. She has made friends and is out doing things/attending events probably everyday. I absolutely would recommend this facility to others.
