PositiveThere was a management change in November or December. Activities seem to be good. Mother does not participate in much. PT staff on sight good Food ok Hairdresser and manicurist on sight on Wednesdays good. Cleaning and maintenance staff has been changing a-lot and rooms are not being cleaned consistently. They sell a weekly deep clean and that has not happened since she arrived. Its basically a vacuum and a bedding change when there is staff available.

PositiveBecause of weather causing travel problems we had a video tour. The facility looked very nice and the tour guide gave us lots of information and was able to answer our questions. We anticipate having an opportunity to view the facility in person.
