The staff has been great. Communication is great. They always have a resident activity going on. Staff is always very engaged with the residents. Place is always clean. Food looks good when I've been there for meals.

For reference, I spend my days in a wheelchair, I'm an 86-year-old man and a bilateral amputee (both legs below the knee). The care I receive each morning as I get my prostheses on and get into my wheelchair is Excellent and efficient. Kudos to every one who has helped me. The same goes for taking my prostheses of and getting imo bed at night. For the most part, the staff was great. There was one incident where there was a mix-up about my dad's medications (they called to say I needed to bring them, but they were already there), but other than that, there were no problems. They had a lot of different activities, but my dad isn't really into socializing so he didn't attend many. My mother was there for only two weeks. She fell and hit her head. It was an unwitnessed fall. She ended up in the hospital and died two weeks later. My mother cried every day she was there. She had a lot of anxiety and wanted to go home.

This was the wrong facility for [name removed]. They were recommending we look into nursing homes. We transferred her to another assisted living and she is doing much better. They were just not able to meet her needs. I wish we had known that in advance.
