PositiveFeels like a 5 star hotel with experienced, kind and understanding staff.
The staff has been exceptional. The food is wonderful, my father-in-law looks better than he has in years. He is clean, hydrated and well fed. His room is very clean. He has a window looking into the courtyard. The room comes with a kitchenette, walk in closet and huge bathroom. Every member of the staff has been kind and very caring.

My Mom has been living at The Residence for 18 months and she is thriving. Her quality of life has improved significantly after moving from an apartment where she lived alone. She engages in many activities and even hosts a painting class. The staff are caring and engaging and build relationships with the residence. I know my Mom is happy and safe! Great for her and great peace-of-mind for me and my brothers.

I am heartbroken and disgusted by the treatment my mother received during her short 7-month stay at this facility, which ended in her untimely death. On her very first night, I stopped by unexpectedly and found her on the floor in a pitch-black room with the door closed. That alone should have been a red flag. Over time, she was unnecessarily sent to the hospital via ambulance, subjected to distressing tests, and received inadequate care between hospital visits. My Mom had a respite stay at the Residence at Five Corners in Easton, MA after leaving rehab from a fall in her house. She was well taken care of and we decided it was the best place for her. She has since moved in to a beautiful one bedroom apartment and is vey happy. The staff is attentive, they have many activities and food is great. Overall very pleased.

Within a week of moving my loved one into The Residence at Five Corners there was a major change to upper management and office staff, even the head nurse was on the verge of leaving.
