PositiveEveryone was so welcoming and kind from our first meeting, move in and making my aunt feel comfortable. They give her lots of attention and are attentive to the small things that make her feel like it is truly her home. My mom who is 90 and visits my aunt frequently just recently said when it is time for her to make another move she would like to live there!
