I lived there for 2 1/2 years and paid to buy out my lease a month ago. Different rules for different people. Not following through on complaints even though you are told they will handle it. Multiple complaints for a particular dog that pooped and peered on the balcony for two years. Nothing was ever done. Amenities were always disappearing. We were told we had full access to the kitchen. Then we could no longer use the refrigerator. We had a wonderful coffee bar that was available 24/7. It was taken away and repl…

Amberlin at the Station has been amazing. Great amenities, friendly tenants, amazing staff. Plenty of socializing chances every month. I would recommend this place to anyone. Just to clarify, it is not myself that is a tenant but rather my father in law.

Loud barking dogs and racing cars

Our move to Amberlin ended up being a mistake. There is a plethora of 55+ communities. So do your due diligence and research the ones favorable to your needs. The positives were that is is a new facility and amenities were pleasant. Most patrons were positive and friendly. The negatives quickly unfolded after move-in. The complex is more like living in a dog kennel than apartments. We were awakened every morning by incessant barking, then periodically through the day. Great place to live a little expensive for there monthly rates however there like family here definitely recommend this place,they have alot of daily activities the only problem for me is they have them in mornings and lunch time don't get off until 5 pm get home around 6pm so I miss everything they do.
