PositiveSince I live in the area and know people who have lived here, it was as I expected and everyone is very friendly. One of the residents let me tour their apartment. I got all the paperwork. There seems to be a 9month waiting list. I recommend this for anyone wishing a better place to stay for senior retirement. When we visited the dining room, something they were cooking smelled delicious.

Did YOU make any phone calls or in person visits to right your sinking ship? When we voice our concerns here locally, all we ever get is "corporate wants it this way". American House Bluewater Bay has unlimited probabilities. However, those high-hope targets are being squandered with way too much management being charged with responsibilities and job-titles that are not being delivered upon. Residents should never experience dietary rationing, limitations or inadequacies at this price point. 1.) It's expensive.
