They have had some issues, the kitchen staff was replaced after going on strike , the rent was increased a lot for some and many have moved out. The staff that we liked quit and went elsewhere. So for now see what will happen. Keeping alternate options in mind.

They were remodeling for the entire time I was there. Food service staff walked out due to their unhappiness of the management. Rent was increase from [Amount Removed] per month to [Amount Removed] with no notice. After leaving management refused to call me back as to my concerns over the return of my deposit. Overall experience was not good. The automatic opening door was most of the time not operating causing it very difficult to exit and enter building.

CriticalPlace is currently under renovation. Not in great location. Near section 8 housing and trailer park. Mom did not care for the feel and situation here so is not currently an option for her. Rep was friendly and helpful

overall fairly nice. [name removed] was very helpful. currently remodeling. people are pretty friendly. the care services could up the regular care somewhat. staff is friendly. Need a few more though. the food could definitely improve. More than sandwiches for dinner. the activities could use some more activities. all of these places are overpriced. I would actually recommend this place over others.
