Positive"Overall would recommend
I see Somerset having a very friendly and helpful staff, up and down. The facility is clean and well maintained. My elderly is at the right spot. I am however noticing the staff, except for the site director, responds slowly where I find myself following up with an email. If that doesn't work, then I call. I don't know if they're overwhelmed or what's happening. I have noticed the same trend from the rehab units not affiliated with this facility and wonder if it's typical of the industry.
