Positivebest apartment and facility we've seen...
It is a great apartment size, most of the staff is great, facility is well laid out, LOTS of activities = great for socializing. 3 meals are automatically included in rent, no separate meal plan is an option, which was a disappointment for someone who doesn't utilize the 3 meals provided. SOME of the Medical Team on site are wonderful. A couple of their people need to improve, and there is room for improvement with the Medical Team on site, but it is very helpful. They offer 4 levels of Assistance packages, as w…

I would say the facilities are fabulous for the price and staff is wonderful. The one thing that keeps me from giving a 5 is going to be the same challenge at literally any assisted living facility and that is the quality of care from the medical team. Very demanding work for very little pay leads to lapses in care and high turnover.

When I cam I was very reluctant. I now find irt a great place to live. People are friendly, meals are good. I can put my own personality into my room. There are activities to participate in (or not) my choice. I like my crossword puzzles, and have made friends doing this or working alone when I am restless there is a freedom I find very welcome. I enjoy the parties, I am glad to visit with new friends.

New home for me and my mom. My mom is 91 and I am 71 so we decided to share a 2 bedroom with 2 full baths together, with my cat and dog. It's been very nice. I've mae many friends here and the parties are so fun.

I was searching for a new home and I actually moved into several communities before I found the perfect community. Now I am at American House Village at Bloomfield, and I love it. I've made many friends here. I love my apartment. With my own washer and dryer, large bathroom, large kitchen and balcony. I highly recommend.
