Positive[Name Removed] was wonderful and the facility looked great. I am not sure if it’s a good fit for my mom because most of the people there are in assisted or memory care and she is independent at this point and I think it might be depressing for her to be around so many people who are disabled so I’m looking for a community that has independent living, assisted-living and memory care

Here's the good, the bad and the ugly. Good- very well kept facility - good maintenance person Bad- there was an incident where my wife's room started leaking water from the ceiling. We had to change her room. I helped move her furniture from one room to another. It seemed dangerous because it was near the electrical overhead light. I asked for a refund because of the inconvenience and they said they couldn't do that. Funny how they can take over $7k for "administrative fees" which are non refundable but they cou…

CriticalMy wife at the BH Would probably recommend for Assisted Living, but not for Memory Care
Beach house was very clean and it was well organized. The biggest gripe I have with them is that they were not patient enough with my wife. She had a bad day and they Baker Acted her, then they said she would be taken to a local hospital for treatment and the nearest hospital they were able to place her was in Ft Myers. Another issue I had with them was that water leaked in her room one night and we had to move her to another room, very inconvenient. They would not credit us any funds for this problem, not accepta…
