PositiveMy mom is always clean and well cared for. Many activities are not appropriate for individual with memory issues. Bingo is a regular activity and only a couple of residents can play without significant help. All Memory care is extremely expensive. Our experience at Anam has been mostly positive. However, I think many staff members coral benefit from continued training on effective communication with memory care.

PositiveI love the friendliness and family feel of the place. I'm not happy with how tired some of the aides seem. We chose Anam because the atmosphere was very homey, does not have a nursing home feel, could get a private room, and it's not too big, just the right size.

PositiveMy loved one lives here currently. The staff seems to be good. They call all of the residents by name, which I think is a big thing. The food is fine, they seem to serve good meals and it always smells good. I’ve got no complaints about the cleanliness. They have an exercise group, games that everyone can participate in, TVs, and programs that they invite the families to.
