They are great with communication. The apartment size is perfect. The staff is kind - I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

The management team was always quick to respond to any issue I had. The care teams were also responsive, caring and compassionate. My reason for not rating them higher is I don't think they have enough staff. My mom would often need two people to help her and with only two people on the floor, it was sometimes difficult.

They've been great. Don't hesitate to put your loved one here. The people I deal with the most have been wonderful. Not only are they concerned about his safety and quality of life, but they're concerned about mine as well. And he's not even my family member - he was my next door neighbor. Everything about the experience has been better than I thought it would be going into it. When I've eaten with him, the food has been good. It costs a lot, but I wouldn't have him any other place.

Our family had a virtual tour set up, and the person who originally does the tours had a family emergency so it started out a little rocky. However, they kept up constant communication with us to keep us updated with our appointment and when we finally were able to see the community it was very nice, we were able to see a lot of things.

I toured this place to find a place for my mom. I don't understand how this place has such a high rating. The place is run down and dirty. The furniture is peeling. The place is shabby and dirty. This is a terrible place.

I was very pleased with this tour that my family and I had taken at this community. They had great amenities offered and a well set up floor plan. There was lots of rooms in the hallways and lots of extra space for the residents around the entire building so it did not feel crammed.
