The care team is overworked and understaffed. While most caregivers are great, there aren't enough to meet demand. My loved one has expressed that response times are slow, particularly for transport back to the apartment after meals. While the menu is varied, my loved one is not happy with the mostly processed foods served, since these are less healthy than fresh foods, particularly for seniors with health issues. Apple Blossom was a positive experience

The staff was fantastic. Attentive but not intrusive. PT people did wonders for my mom keeping her active. The only complaint was they often switched menu items with out notice.

What we like the most about the community is that the employees are very friendly and helpful. Our loved one feels safe there and the location is very convenient for us and the management is always available.

Exceptional care, quality, and experience

Apple Blossom has been a blessing for my parents and myself. Great activities, atmosphere, maintenance, to name a few things. My parents are enjoying their senior years beyond my expectations. Fantastic staff in a safe environment.

My sister and I toured the Apple Blossom facility with [name removed]n Monday, Dec. 1. [name removed] did an excellent job of explaining the facility, the financial structure, etc. The facility is laid out and has many amenities. I like the choice of cottages for independent living with optional meal plan. Again, thanks to [name removed]for her time and knowledge.
