Arbor Terrace Middletown

Our sales person,[name removed] was amazing. She gave us so much information and answered all of our questions fully. There were many surprising benefits or pluses...like 3 meals a day instead of 2 and the regular visits of various doctors, for example. The rooms were nice, updated and the bathrooms were very nice and large, but some of the common areas could use a little TLC. I noticed several spaces and places in the hallways that could use a paint job, and the salon and PT gym were small and a little sad lookin…

Highly recommended!

Everyone who works there takes their job seriously. They really do care about the well-being of the residents. Everyone is helpful and friendly to the residents. This facility has somehow managed to cultivate a very healthy and happy workplace.

Overall would recommend

The Apt is wonderful! The aids are helpful although could be more hands on. Activities and food is average. The washer and dryer need to be updated.

Sadly Disappointed

Treatment staff overall were good however communication from the Director has been poor. My MIL has since been discharged to long term care and we have been asking for weeks for an official discharge date and itemized final bill...to no avail. She doesn't return phone calls or emails then when we speak with her in person she promises to get what we need then still doesn't deliver what she promised.

I couldn't have found a better place for my mother

I would give a five to each of those categories, without hesitation. The staff all seem like they like their jobs and they want to be there. They treat the residents with the utmost respect and friendliness.

Arbor Terrace-Middletown

Friendly staff and accommodating. Food could be improved. Laundry facility is dated on assisted living side and needs to be upgraded ASAP. Activities are good and staff morale is high with assistance on that front.
