Two things: the excellent care my friend is receiving and the kindness of all the very hard workers. It's a huge adjustment for the resident. My friend has been there since last [Date Removed] My friend needs alot of care and I have never seen one person get impatient with her. The residents are friendly and content. When I looked at Brighton Gardens the staff was friendly and helpful, to be expected. What really sold me was the friendliness of the residents. They seemed cared for and overall, content.

On our recent tour of the facility, I felt that the residents appeared calm and content and the facility was clean, well cared for and homey.

The room is always very clean. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

I LOVE them. My friend maybe not as much. She is very demanding but they are ALWAYS kind to her. She needs ALOT of care. I don't think my friend would be happy anywhere!

It was very nice the way they spoke with my mom personally about what's important to her what she likes what she doesn't like. They showed us all the different rooms and then we toured. The rest of the facility answered all our questions. We are very happy when we left.

Caring environment!

Everyone who works here really seems to care about my mother’s well being. The staff is always smiling and asking how she is doing. They want to make sure she is happy and satisfied with her living situation. Less than 24 hours of her move-in, my mother fainted in her room. I could not have asked for a better response from all the staff. They immediately sprang to action and took such great care of her once she returned. They have such a kind and caring group of people there.
