Caregivers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to offer such services as ambulatory, incontinence, and diabetic care as needed. We also offer medication management services and assistance with daily living activities, such as grooming and bathing. HarborChase of Prince William Commons offers two secure memory care neighborhoods — The Sound and The Cove — for those living with memory loss. The Sound is specially designed for those with early to mild dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, while The Cove is for residents in more advanced stages. Both communities are staffed by caregivers who utilize unique methods and techniques to create a meaningful connection with each resident. We provide residents with personalized activities to promote cognitive stimulation and socialization. HarborChase of Prince William Commons’s Life Enrichment Program consists of over 21 recreational and social activities that are offered daily. Living Arrangements We offer a large variety of living options, ranging from private studio and one bedrooms to shared companion suites. Choose between six assisted living layouts or three of our memory care floor plans. Each unit features spacious seating areas, large windows, and a private, wheelchair-accessible bathroom. Select units include a lovely kitchen area as well. For those that would like to bring their furry friends along, we offer pet-friendly options too!
