PositiveArbors of Hop Brook
The staff is first rate all around. I had a two bedroom apt which was 1000 sq ft. Well laid out. There are a lot of activities and if you would like to you can start one. They have a varied menu every dinner.

PositiveThe Arbors at Hop Brook is a wonderful place with awesome administration and care staff, and very nice, affordable, and comfortable apartments. My Sister had many health issues. She began with independant living, but soon required more assistance. The Arbors was just what she needed, with many levels of care available based on her needs. PositiveStaff and residents are very friendly. We had a 2 bed 1000sqft 2 baths. Kitchen small but adequate. There are many different things to do daily. Live shows during the month. Bus available for dr appt shopping and other. There are many other things i could mention. To put it short it is a nice place to live.

PositiveSo the staff is amazing. My Mom loves her apt and all of the activities that they offer. It is also an older community, but very clean/spotless! The only thing that could use improvement is the food. Some meals are really good, and some, not so much!

PositiveVery friendly staff, very approachable. Only one meal per day covered in monthly "rent", but that keeps the cost down somewhat. I've only seen my dad's apartment, which is a studio. But it's bigger than studios I have seen in other facilities. It has 2 rooms (plus bathroom and kitchenette) but no door between bedroom and living room so not considered 2 separate rooms. Also, has woods on 2 sides, so not much traffic sounds. Good walking paths.

PositiveI was impressed on our initial tour that all the residents knew the name of the staff member and he knew theirs.
