★★★★★
PositiveWe were warmly greeted, given plenty of information and time to ask questions. We were given a tour and were able to see the staff interact with the residents. PositiveEverything is great there, the food, the activities and the caretakers. They have all been very nice and helpful to my aunt and myself. It has been a difficult adjustment however. My aunt repeatedly calls for me to come get her and bring her home. That is by no means brookdale fault at all but it has been very trying. I think she might finally be adjusting to her life there. Here's hoping!
★★★★★
PositiveThe room, staff, facility, activities, and food have been great. My father seems very happy there.
★★★★★
PositiveThey provide excellent service all around. Everyone I have met so far is friendly, and very caring. Their assessment of [name removed] was spot on and she is getting excellent care. Highly recommend! There are many assisted living options locally and Brookdale has the best value overall.
★★★★★
PositiveReally loved this facility but unfortunately they did not have rooms available at the time they did offer a West Hartford location. But that was too far away.
★★★★★
PositiveIt was a very good experience. Everyone has been extremely helpful. Highly recommend it! Only wish they had some Medicaid beds when money runs out
