CriticalMy dad was there for 6 and 1/2 months and I would say care was mediocre at best. Every since Arcadia bought Hickory Point the care had went way down. I was told 1/2 the staff quit because of the change in ownership and they replaced very few. Arcadia bought Hickory Point in [date removed] and if you see any positive reviews I would bet they were prior than [date removed]. When I contacted the Ombudsmen program about an issue they commented that Arcadia was very hard to deal with.
