PositiveOur family's experience
The memory care staff is great. Food is good, cleanliness is fine, Apartment is very small. Received a key fob for entry which is great. Admin's and Maintenance are slow to reply. Do not get patient status updates on care or activities, which would be nice to have.

Overall it's a good facility. Most of the staff I've dealt with are great. There are just a few who have been rude to my mother. But the head nurse resolves any issues quickly. They try to involve the residents in activities that the residents are interested in like bingo and other games.
