★★★★★
CriticalRoom size is good. Price is competitive. Food is mediocre, leans highly to chicken and inexpensive vegetables. Outside outside of venue is minimal. Facility is clean and staff is mostly helpful. Being an independent living facility is loosely true, certain people are closely monitored and probably should be in facilities to make their life fuller.
★★★★★
PositiveExtremely friendly staff and willingness to take on any issues brought to them now and will address any problem brought to them right away and explain what they did or how the issue has been addressed. Activities available daily. Well balanced meal served and additional items available if you do not want main meal, addition choices are available. Friendliness of the residents made me feel welcome and easy to find my way around and encouraged to attend activities and seating for meals is open and for the most part…
★★★★★
PositiveThe food is always an issue and my Dad is unhappy with the food served a lot of the time. Cold, uncooked, overcooked, dislike of what is served or not enough options. Everything else is good. Love the apartment and pleased with staff.
★★★★★
CriticalI left Arcadia place for the following reasons: The food was terrible, the halls were filthy, the front staff did nothing to make life better. They did not care. I would NEVER recommend Arcadia Place. I moved out after a short time there.
★★★★★
Positive[name removed] and [name removed] were wonderful to meet and work with. They were very helpful and compassionate. I would recommend this facility to other families looking.
★★★★★
PositiveEverything has been first class. The driver [name removed] is a gem. The staff is very attentive, friendly and sincerely caring. Only the food is a disappointment.
