We met with [Name Removed] who gave us a thorough tour of Arden Courts. He was extremely helpful in answering our questions and treated everyone we met along the way with respect and geniality. Cozy

I visited an old friend that lives at Arden Courts. He is doing very good. He eats well, enjoys activities and loves to walk outside in the beautiful backyard. He is part of their family. The facility is perfect for his needs. I wish all facilities can take a page from Arden Courts. They are wonderful.

The residents seemed content and the staff we met were friendly and appeared to be comitted to provide quality care to the residents. The bones of the residence seemed sound but it felt tired and in need of a refresh. We were there at a time when therer weren't any activities going on so it was difficult to assess whether there was value for the cost of the care.

I am happy with Arden Courts. My husband is taken care of very well and if I am not satisfied with something, I speak to the administrator and the problem is taken care of right away, The staff is caring and helpful.

We would definitely recommend the community to other families. Arden Court is a total Memory Care Center which is a huge plus. In other places that try to do all 3, the Memory Care portion is often forgotten or an afterthought. At Arden Court, everyone is geared to a program that meet the needs of Memory Care patients. Overall a great place for Mom

The admin staff is very helpful and responsive. Most admin staff and many Caretakers have been there for at least 2 years, which is unusual in the industry. Also unusual, residents have the same caretakers 5 days/week. facility is smaller than most, cozy and homey, as opposed to flashy and resorty. Since AC only has memory care, that's the primary focus of staff and resources. whereas in facilities I've seen with both AL and MC, the MC section has felt, is located and treated as an offshoot.
