My father-in-law is a very introverted person, and we thought he would never come out of his room to socialize. And somehow the staff has gotten him to come out of his room and watch TV with the other residence. We went with the smaller room and that seems to be working out perfectly for him. He was very stubborn and did not want to go at all, but after about four weeks, it's like he thinks he's always been there. We are very happy with our decision. Very nice facility, [name removed]was great. The outside walking area was perfect. The staff was very friendly and the overall observation of the residents was pleasant and well taken care of.

Pleasant Experience

In my brief visit, I encountered staff members who were very pleasant and willing to assist me with my inquiries. The environment was neat. Staff interruptions with residents was observed to be with utmost respect and empathy.

The only thing that I found annoying is the lack of being introduced to who does what. Which staff to talk to.I didn't know what [removed names] were in charged of until I bothered them one at a time. The phone is also very confusing. My husband got sicker on the eve of him being transferred to your facility. So I canceled it and removed the furniture within 2 days. It says in the information booklet that a refund takes 35 days but talking to accounting this morning it takes 45 days. He didn't even moved in, wha…

I like that my husband has a private room. The facility is kept exceptionally clean. I like they occasionally take residents out to an activity. There are some excellent care providers. There is not enough staff during the night , no way to call for help to use the bathroom and my husband has to stay in a wet bed. Very happy so far!

So far, I have been very pleased with the way my brother is being looked after. The staff are very caring and supportive of my brother. The food is very tasty with a nice variety of different menus. His bedroom space is being attended to as well as his laundry.
