Okay until it wasn't.

The care my sister received when she was alive was just fine, but the way everything was handled when she died was horrendous. I don't know who the person was that made the notification of her death, but she called in the middle of the night, which was fine, but I explained I was out of town and she called back a half hour later wanting to know when the funeral director would be picking up her body, telling me there were state rules that it had to be done in a certain time frame. We met with [name removed] who is very knowledgeable. she is compassionate and caring . The residents looked happy and well cared for. The other staff members were friendly and pleasant. The facility was clean and well cared for. Liked the areas to walk safely outside. Staff are all trained on dementia care. Individual rooms were nice size . activity calender was full of fun activities. Also facility is able to provide care through the whole alzheimers journey.

The place is nice and they keep the residence busy with activities. The expense is what other families should know about. I would recommend to others.

Our family toured a few places before choosing Arden Courts Warminster for our mother in November 2024. We liked the warm, welcoming active environment. The staff has been friendly and helpful as we navigate the progression of Mom's dementia. The addition of hospice services has happily increased the level of care. One concern we have is the turnover of staff, which we attribute to the difficulties of working in memory care. Arden Courts Warminster, is not perfect, but we do not know that any facility would be.

A wonderful experience

My brother had experienced a number of different facilities during the last 8 months. He started declining and went from 24 hour home care to hospitals to rehab facilities to Memory care facilities. His last rehab facility wanted him to remain there after his rehab was over, but luckily, we were able to get him a room at Arden Courts. They're meeting my husbands needs and got the hospice for additional support. So far it's been great He'll be getting some extra care with hospice Arden court suggested that because not taken his meds So I signed a lot of forms I'm pleased so far I know 2 people leaving but one is $$$ and one is medical and they're not happy with that We are fine so far so good.
