PositiveMy sister and I have researched several Senior Living facilities in Philadelphia & Jersey. My mother has even stayed in two prestigious homes. CriticalRead contract thoroughly to ensure accuracy. Review staffing and longevity of employees. Take accurate notes of all conversations to ensure what is represented and promised truly gets delivered. Pay attention to any discrepant information received from staff. Request an orientation on move in day. Obtain written information on meal times, salon services, trips, laundry days, assistance with showering if needed, etc. Overall, clean, beautiful facility with nice, friendly staff.

PositiveVery impressed with Dresher Estates. [name removed] was wonderful. Gave me a tour and answered all questions. Very accommodating to do everthing they could to meet mom's needs.

PositiveThey need to work on stability. Nursing director left, they hired a new one in December. And that person has left already Executive director who I think was also new has departed Facility is in great shape i think with leadership stability their responsiveness to issues will improve

PositiveEveryone really is very nice, supportive and helpful The facility is lovely and I like how the rooms are laid out I do not like the forced air heating system, which probably is very common They have a lovely fish tank in the common living room area, which I wish was a little wider and had a higher ceiling… when entertainment comes it's a little tight
