★★★★★
Positivemet with person involved in rentals. Inquired about both Memory Care and Respite Care. Singing concert for residents underway - nice. Dining Room was impressive. Memory Care unit seemed good. Toured an empty room to understand what was provided and what the patient needs to bring. Discussed behavior and how violence or hitting is handled. A little concerned that hitting a caregiver could result in 911 call. Respite Care is 30 day minimum. I will it would allow 2 weeks instead. Met the head of Memory Care who seemed…

PositiveI was extremely impressed with the Artisan of Hudson. The people there are extremely friendly and accommodating. The facility is fairly new and first-rate. It was the best overall value for me and my family.
★★★★★
PositiveAll the staff are very kind, present themselves well, everyone knows my loved by name and greet him with a smile. The meal choices and different menus for special situations and very good. The meals are very good. The wait service always efficient and kind and helpful. My loved one may sometimes partake in Happy Hour but has not in any other actives but each time I come they have a group class of some sort or a singer or guitar player. The facilities are kept exceptionally well. Location is great across from Stop &…

PositiveMy father moved into Artisan about two months ago, and the experience so far has been fantastic. The facility is new and always very clean, the people are very caring and attentive, the food in the dining facility is terrific, and the resident units are big and spacious. At this point, I would absolutely rate it a 10 out of 10. My father‘s unit is especially appealing as it has a nice large window and as with all of the units, he really likes the 10 foot high ceilings. All and all it has been a terrific move for my…

PositiveI recently visited Artisan for my mom and the community really checked every box. She's independent and wants that true independent feel, but for my peace of mind the continuum in same community to assisted living and memory care is so important. The community was vibrant, active and the food was delicious - like a great restaurant. Highly recommend for loved ones of all needs.
★★★★★
PositiveOverall a good experience so far. Food is great, plenty of activities and apartment is more than ample. The in house staff is great. Only issue we've had is in dealing with the business office on a refund due otherwise I would have given the Artisan a 5.
