PositiveIt's a good place overall, friendly, helpful. I'm talking about independent living. Apartments are pretty small. Rent increased 10% this year and some residents had to cut their meal plans to afford the increase. That's not good.

PositiveOne word "IMPECCABLE". The level of excellence that Bethlehem Woods have from the entry staff ([name removed]) to the custodial staff ([Name Removed]) and the maintenance engineer ( I can't remember his name) show a level of excellence in their work. Bethlehem Wooda thought through the process of making life easy for our aging parents. From something as simple as grocery carts to get groceries to you apartment. PositiveMy mother has been in independent living here for almost four months. Overall the facility is pleasant and staff are friendly. Dinners are mostly good and the grounds are nicely kept. The problem is the pricing. They were competitively priced until this year (2026) and now are raising rates 10% for everyone. My brother tried to discuss with management and there's no recourse. PositiveEverything is a 5 but for value for the money I haven't shopped around lately. Seems expensive but that's not based on research. Thanks and Bethlehem Woods does a nice job with how they look out for seniors and show compassionate care.
