Clarendale would allow my mother-in-law to have access to cookies and chips and any snack. She wants 24 hours seven days a week when she is diabetic on insulin has a Dexcom monitor. It was causing her to have severe agitation. Then they decided that they would give her as needed anxiety medicine once to two times a day every day instead of as needed so I would rate them zero. They then try to charge us a 1:1 care because she's agitated because of her diabetes she would go up to up to [Amount Removed] every day. Sh…

My dad ended up not going into the Clarendale community and staying at home with my mom, but Clarendale would be our first choice if he does need a higher level of care. I can't give enough praise to Linda, the sales director and the director of the unit (her name escapes me at this moment) but she is phenomenal. Her unit is spotless, the staff are friendly and attentive, the patients are clean and dressed nicely. Very satisfied with the care my father in law is getting. He likes the food and his room. He has plenty of space and a view of the courtyard. He has started participating more in the activities. Loves the ice cream socials. Staff has been great. Just had to remind them about scheduling a haircut and toe nail trim. Everything has always been clean and well maintained when we have visited.
