Community Amenities and Services We know that no two residents are exactly the same, which is why we are proud to provide a variety of care services. We specialize in memory care, diabetic care, incontinence care, and medication management as well as other individualized services. We also have hospice available on-site for those seeking comfortable accommodations in times of need. We take great pride in providing personal care services to assist residents in their activities of daily living. We thoughtfully prepare three delicious home-style meals each day that take into account the nutritious needs of each resident. We are also happy to make dietary accommodations where we can. Just ask us! In between meal times, we offer a robust schedule of activities both on- and off-site that keep residents connected, active, and entertained. Living Arrangements We provide residents with spacious, studio-style apartments. Our floor plans are well-lit and comfortably furnished. We offer short-term respite stays as well as long-term residential stays. Even better, bring your dog or cat — we love pets here! Our community is secure to keep memory-loss residents safe. CriticalStaff didn't do their jobs. My dad had feces on the floor in the bathroom, on the toilet and on the bedding. It did not get cleaned up for over 24 hours later, even after my brother complained about it. The room was never cleaned before he moved in. My bare feet were black after walking on the floor. Food was not good. He was there for 2 weeks and we couldn't get him out of there fast enough.

PositiveThe overall experience was fine. There were some exceptional staff people including the intake person and caregivers. They were very sincere. The environment was very pleasant and the architecture was conducive to a family/group connection. It would’ve been beneficial to more clearly distinguish the boundaries between memory care and hospice. I had an issue with accounting, which was eventually resolved. I recommend that clients document all communication when it comes to finances. I would recommend Ascot.
