Based on a few limited observations I see a lot of opportunities that would improve efficiency. My observations/suggestions are intended to allow you to begin to look for many more opportunities for improvements in efficiency and possibly reduce workload. A couple of my suggestions might not be feasible as I am looking at it based on a superficial observation. 1) At the beginning of each shift have a 5 minute stand up meeting to discuss any issues requiring special attention. The facility is nice, and most of the staff are nice and friendly. The food is not great but is satisfactory overall. The activities are OK and give residents something to do. The call button response time is not nearly as fast as they claim, which can be frustrating at times. Even with a few issues, overall we like it there and feel it is a good place.
