Aspire at West End

Nice facility and the apt I saw was quite nice. Was pleased that residents can personalize their apts quite a bit. Might return when my son can join me. No timetable for this. The outside appearance is dated and so is the neighborhood.

Our experience

1. Food - five star rating for taste and the amount served. 2a. Food affordability- 3 star rating. 3. cleanest of common areas(dinning halls, restrooms, entry ways)- five star rating. 4. Nice Place & People, but Some Challenges.

It's been a bit of a challenging time for aspire with new management coming on board in February. Then the dining hall closed due to a pipe bursting. Then they got new cable and my parents and others couldn't get re-connected for 3 weeks which was infuriating.

There are people here who are trying to make this transition in my life as pleasant as possible! After 42 years of marriage and owning a home, I'm starting my life journey alone in an apartment! Aspire at West End

The facilities are very updated and in pleasant arrangements. Apartments are spacious and in excellent condition. Facilities staff are available for repairs or issues in the apartments. There are scores of activities available every day. Movies available nightly in a theatre room off the lobby. The pool is available all day as are equipment in the gym. Many classes or activities are scheduled monthly. Special events are scheduled for holidays and seasonal interests. There is a bus which among other things schedule …
