Aspire at West End

Nice facility and the apt I saw was quite nice. Was pleased that residents can personalize their apts quite a bit. Might return when my son can join me. No timetable for this. The outside appearance is dated and so is the neighborhood.

Nice Place & People, but Some Challenges.

It's been a bit of a challenging time for aspire with new management coming on board in February. Then the dining hall closed due to a pipe bursting. Then they got new cable and my parents and others couldn't get re-connected for 3 weeks which was infuriating.

There are people here who are trying to make this transition in my life as pleasant as possible! After 42 years of marriage and owning a home, I'm starting my life journey alone in an apartment! Nothing is the same! There are people here that are where I am and are reaching out to help me! Can't put a price on that!

I would give it five the whole way down for everything. What I like the most about the community is the food, the activities and the people both the clients as well as the staff

Aspire at West End

The facilities are very updated and in pleasant arrangements. Apartments are spacious and in excellent condition. Facilities staff are available for repairs or issues in the apartments. There are scores of activities available every day. Movies available nightly in a theatre room off the lobby. The pool is available all day as are equipment in the gym.
