My mother is in the memory care unit. The staff is very considerate of all the residents needs and their issues. Also the director of the unit spends 2 to 3 days a month working the floor. Helping with showers, bathroom duties etc. This keeps her in tune with the residents and staff needs.

The staff, [name removed] the director treated my Mom abruptly and with very little compassion, belittled her, and never followed through on her promises. My Mom found my Dad in PJ's, on the ground from sliding out of his wheel chair, constantly calling out for help or assistance with no one in sight. They are extremely short staffed and unable to care properly and with empathy and compassion for dementia patients.
